1. Estimates

Estimates may be based on photos, descriptions, volume, weight, access, labor, and other job details provided by the customer. Final pricing may change if the actual scope of the job differs from the information originally provided.

2. Scheduling

Appointment windows are subject to availability. Arrival times may be affected by traffic, weather, job conditions, or other reasonable delays. We do not guarantee same-day or next-day availability.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate job information
• Identifying which items should be removed
• Ensuring legal access to the property
• Disclosing stairs, elevators, tight access, heavy items, or hazardous conditions
• Removing valuables, documents, medications, and personal items before service begins

4. Items We Cannot Accept

Some materials may be prohibited or require special handling. Examples include:

• Hazardous chemicals
• Explosives
• Medical waste
• Asbestos
• Fuel
• Certain paints or solvents
• Biohazardous materials
• Radioactive materials

Acceptance may depend on local disposal rules and facility requirements.

5. Property Access

The customer must have authority to authorize removal from the property. The crew may decline work when access is unsafe or permission cannot be confirmed.

6. Payment

Payment terms are confirmed before service begins. Payment is generally due upon completion unless another arrangement has been agreed to in writing.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers should provide as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling. Repeated late cancellations or inaccessible properties may affect future scheduling.

8. Removal Authorization

Once items are loaded and removed, they may not be recoverable. Customers are responsible for confirming which items should stay and which should go before loading begins.

9. Property Protection and Liability

Reasonable care is taken to protect floors, walls, doors, driveways, and surrounding property. The company is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, unsafe conditions, or damage caused by inaccurate customer instructions.

10. Service Limitations

Some jobs may require additional labor, equipment, multiple loads, specialty contractors, permits, or disposal arrangements. The company may decline work that cannot be completed safely or legally.

11. Website Use
